Booking: Each months booking calendar opens on the last Monday of the current month
Premium Booking: If you would like to book a service outside of the posted current months available slots there will be "premium booking" available. This special booking is an additional fee of $20 to book an appointment outside of set availability on booking site to work with your availability. Please Read All Rules/Regulations Before Booking Appointment: Lash tech will cancel appointment & you will be charged 50% of appointment if a below rule is not followed.
1. Please arrive on time & with a mask. If you will be running late we do have a strict grace period that is given for both lash and brow services (10 minute grace period for lashes & 5 minute grace period for brow service & lash removal). Please give notice to lash tech if running late.
2. If canceling appointment within 24 hours of set appointment the clients card on file will be charged 50% of appointment balance. Client will still have access to reschedule another appointment during available given times
3. GRACE PERIOD- Brows (5 mins) & Lashes (10 mins) All appointments have a grace period. After grace period is over from appointment start time (if you call to give notice or not) your appointment will be canceled & card on file will be charged 50% of appointment balance. You will be considered a "no show client" & you can then reschedule for another available appointment date.*
*We enforce a strict grace period for appointments. Appointments are scheduled out in set blocked times and anything past the allotted grace time will drastically effect the appointments of other clients. We value each client and their appointment time. Thank you for understanding.
4. "No show clients" will be automatically charged 50% of scheduled appointment balance & have their appointment canceled but will still have access to reschedule another appointment during available given times.
5. At time of online booking your card will be held on file for appointment reservation but WILL NOT be charged at time of booking. Charges only occur if you cancel appointment on the day of or are a “no show client" (50% of service balance will be charged)
Grace period: (brows: 5 mins & lashes: 10 mins)
Please be sure to use an active card when booking.
*If card must be ran for cancelation & is declined in the process that client will be banned from booking in the future.
Cash & card are the only forms of payment accepted. If you pay with a card there is an additional $5 processing fee.
6. Please no extra guest or children allowed during appointment who are not getting a service as well. I will politely ask your guest to leave if they do come with you.
7. Refill appointments for lashes must not go past the 3 week mark. If client comes to lash fill appointment past the 3 week mark or with more than 40% of lash extensions missing it will be considered a new set when you arrive at appointment which means prices will be different.Please book lash refill accordingly with how your personal lash growth cycle is. Some people may need a fill every 2 weeks.
8. If deposit is needed for booking it is nonrefundable and goes toward your final balance at end of service. (this is upon the business owners request).
9. Please check all emails and reminder text messages from PristineLashesBySamara. They are all important and deal with your appointment.
10. You are allowed to change lash extensions application service at appointment if you wish to upgrade, downgrade, or add a brow service if time allows.
11. Lash tech can refuse service if needed due to health/condition of natural lash. If coming for a 2-3 week fill and more than 40% of lash extensions are gone an additional cost will be charged. This will be discussed during the consultation prior to any service being started. Please book your lash fills accordingly.
12. If you have lashes on from another lash tech they will be removed (with a fee attached). We do not work after other lash techs for safety and sanitation reasons.
13. If you come with residue or any type of product on your natural lashes and/or brows (makeup on brows, glue from lashes, mascara, etc.) a $5 lash/brow bath fee with be added. This is to properly clean your lashes/brows for the application for service.
14. If you wear contact lenses you must remove them prior to your LASH EXTENSION appointment. If you come to you your lash appointment without removing your contact lenses and are unable to remove them your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 50% of appointment service and you can reschedule.
15. Due to the recent events of Covid-19 all clients & lash techs MUST wear a mask at all times inside Salon 160. Our salon door stays locked so please contact me upon arrival to let you in (contact number and address are in confirmation email once booking is completed). This is an overall salon safety rule. We want to keep all of our clients and staff healthy and safe. If you feel ill please stay home and we will be able to reschedule your appointment.
